Pancake Day with Protein World

Shrove Tuesday, my favourite day of the year.. Pancake Day! 

Although I love cooking and trying out new things, pancakes are something I've never really been able to master. My mum is a pro at flipping pancakes and I grew having her pancakes every Sunday morning.. so this year the pressure was on.

The lovely team over at Protein World sent me their Slender Pancakes collection to try, along with their super tasty Maple Syrup.


The best part is how straightforward the recipe is. These pancakes are so easy to make all you need to do is add 4 scoops of the mix with 100ml of milk and shake! I may have to start making these in the mornings for breakfast, it's a great way to start the day!


I switched it up a little so you can see my version of the recipe below..

Protein World Pancakes
- 8 scoops Slender Pancakes mix
- 200ml Soya Milk
- 1 whole banana

Method
- Mix all ingredients together with a blender
- Heat the pan with olive/coconut oil
- Pour some mixture into pan, depending on how small or big you want the pancakes
- Serve + enjoy!
