Harvey Nichols Sale Haul

My love/hate relationship with working in retail.
Working in retail has its perks, I get the first look at all of the new season collections when they drop in store and I'm surrounded by some amazing pieces. However it also makes it sooooo much harder to save my money because there's always something new that I want to purchase!
I've been treating myself this month to a few sale goodies... read on to see what I purchased...

Gianvito Rossi Cora sandals
I've never owned a pair of red shoes, so I think it was about time I added a pair to my shoe-drobe.. In a gorgeous red suede with a cross-over cut, these bad boys are so hot and will go perfectly with an all black outfit or even blue jeans and a blouse!

3.1 Philip Lim Mini Pashlie bag
After a good year of sharing my sisters, she decided to move out and take her bag with her (how bloody mean!). Being a middle child has its perks, my mum knew I'd be devastated and so she gave herself the fun task of finding a replacement for me. She treated me to this gorgeous burgundy colour for Christmas and I can't even begin to tell you how essential it's been in my wardrobe, I've worn it Every. Single. Day. Thanks mama! X

Stella McCartney Elyse star shoes
For the past 2-3 years I've been debating on whether or not to get them.. my mum 'doesn't understand' my obsession but I suppose there's quite a fair bit in my wardrobe she doesn't get. I was struggling to decide on the Ecru colour way or the Rose gold, however as my very honest friend Chavis explained 'Bana you can't have rose-gold everything!?' fair point babes can't really disagree there. In the end I went for Ecru and I've already planned Mondays outfit so keep your eyes peeled on my snapchat/instagram!

Balenciaga Bazar shopper bag
Okay so I can't even try to deny the need for this... honestly it was a SPLURGE. I just love how sleek and sophisticated this bag is (something which I may not be, but worth a try). I own a few handbags and one brand I've yet to add to my collection is Balenciaga, so I'm really glad I bought this bag as it's so different to everything else I own. I also have this image of me wearing it out to a fancy meeting/lunch and to whip out my Smythson planner and pink Muji pen so everyone knows I mean business.

Excuse me whilst I spend the rest of January (how many weeks are there in this awfully long month?!) and February hibernating and trying to avoid any more spending!

As always you can shop the looks below!

  1. OH my gosh, this post is beyond dreamy! The Gianvito Rossi sandals are drop dead gorgeous and great choice with the Philip Lim bag too.
