Bloom & Wild Review

As you all know, on my blog I will only ever be truthful about my experience with products and brands - so today I'm going to post something really fresh and new... 

Mother's Day and International Womens Day were last week and my sister and I wanted to surprise my mum by sending some flowers to her work. We had a little look online and decided on Bloom & Wild and the Lizzie bouquet.



I love the concept behind the brand: letterbox packaging so that each flower delivery is posted through the door! Each box is carefully packed, with protective netting on delicate flowers and a cute ribbon bow to finish. You really can't fault the presentation, the gorgeous mix of blush roses with lisianthus, alstroemerias and eucalyptus.



However, we were really disappointed when the flowers did not arrive on the date we chose. Bloom & Wild rely on Royal Mail for their deliveries and that weekend saw lots of delays. This also meant that the flowers were left in the cold overnight and when they did arrive some were dead or broken.

The customer delight team were great and responded immediately. A lovely member of the customer service team (Isobel) personally delivered a fresh bunch to my mums work the following day with a box of chocolates!
